How campaigns work
Welcome — sent automatically after every new booking (delay configurable below).
Abandoned booking — sent when a visitor starts but doesn't complete a booking (triggered by the site after the configured delay).
Post-tour follow-up — sent after the travel date passes to request a review and encourage rebooking.
Use {{name}}, {{brand}}, {{tourName}}, {{ref}}, {{date}} as placeholders in subject/body fields.
