How do I get paid?
Rewards are paid via paypal to your email address within 14 business days of the referred booking being confirmed and payment received.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No limit at all. Refer 10 bookings, earn 10 rewards. The more you share, the more you earn.
How does the referral link work?
When someone clicks your link, a cookie is set for 30 days. If they book within that window, the conversion is attributed to you.
What counts as a conversion?
Any confirmed booking — tours, shore excursions, or airport transfers — made by someone who arrived via your referral link.
My friend has clicked my referral link and made a booking, but the credit is not accorded under my account. Why? and what should I do?
Don't worry, if there's any confirmed paid booking it's missing due to your referral link, one of the reasons is because your friend didn't accept the cookie and booked without cookie, hence your code was not accorded. You can just simply write a email to us with their booking information like booking code (something like VT-TOUR-xxxx), name, and amount. We will be able to manually accord the amount under you.
Any dispute arising from or relating to any transaction shall be resolved at Viet.travel’s sole discretion, and its decision shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
