Check-out date:	Until 11:00 or sooner Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 35 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 7 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 2 child(ren) under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot.

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
