Check-out date:	Until 12:00 or sooner Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20-30 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 20 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
