Check-out date:	Until 12:00 or sooner Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate. Late check-out until 20:00 will be charged 75% of room rate. Late check-out until 22:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 25 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 24 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 10 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 2 child(ren) under 11 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Child (age of 6 - 11) will be charged US$ 8/child for an extra breakfast. ?>

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
