Oriental Suites Hotel were designed by renowned architect Ho Thieu Tri – who studied architecture in Vietnam and also studied for an urban planning certificate in the United States - a member of the French Society of Architects. The most famous project he has ever undertaken and participated in, was the Stade de France Stadium, Hanoi Opera House... Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 3 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 1 child(ren) under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Child (age of 6 - 12) will be charged US$ 12/child for an extra breakfast. ?>

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
