Can I request an extra bed/cot in my room and will there be extra costs?

Information regarding extra beds is located under ‘Room Details’, please take note of the following:

- Extra bed is only available for a certain kind of room types.
- Additional costs, if any, are not included in the reservation price.
- During the online booking process please place your request for an extra bed/cot in the comments box provided.

I want to request for an interconnecting room for my family, how do I do this?

During booking process you can make your Special Request, simply type in your request into "Special Request box". The request will be sent to the hotel directly.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by TUN Travel. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.


Some hotels have interconnecting room type, so you have to book this room type if you want!

Do you offer any tours or air fares?

Yes. TUN Travel provides many tour packages, transport service and air fares. So please check on our website.

How will I know if a special request is confirmed?

All Special Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by hotels-in-vietnam.com.
Hotels-in-vietnam.com will forward your request to your preferred hotel upon receipt and will inform you in case your request is confirmed.

Can I request for early check in/late check out?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, cannot be guaranteed by Hotels-in-vietnam.com and are usually not free of charge.
Should you need to request for these please click on "Special Requests" and then simply type in your request. The request will be sent to the hotel directly. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.

How can I make a special request?

During booking process you can make your Special Request, simply type in your request into "Special Request box". The request will be sent to the hotel directly.

If you wish to submit more requests, please check the LINKS located in the confirmation email you will receive once your booking is complete. You can also action requests by logging on to 'My Bookings' via the website.
