What is ‘My Bookings’ and how do I use it?

My Bookings is a self-service tool, which you can manage and check your booking. You can log on to "My Bookings" via the website. From here you can:

1) Request to amend the booking
2) Cancel the booking
3) Request a resend of the original booking voucher
4) Request for a receipt

5) Submit special requests (subject to availability upon arrival)
6) Check your booking status
7) Write your review after your stay
6) Earn and redeem your reward points to save money for other bookings.

How do I log in to self service "my bookings"?

You can log in from hotels-in-vietnam.com homepage. All you need is your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password you can resend using the link.
Please note that TUN Travel customer service agents do not have access to your password information. Alternatively you can log in via the links provided to you in your confirmation email.
