Why do I have to send my credit card information to hotels-in-vietnam.com? I didn’t receive my hotel voucher.

Occasionally we will send a request for additional documents. This verification is part of our credit card security procedure. If the additional information is not provided, Hotels-in-vietnam.com will not confirm the booking and the request will automatically cancel.
Please note that your booking request is pending until we receive the required documents. NO charge has been made to your card. Once your documents are received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with the hotel voucher attached and charge your card subject to continuing availability.
We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your documents. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation after that time.  

What should I do if the credit card that I used to confirm the booking is invalid or been cancelled?

If your card has become invalid or been cancelled please change other card or contact us to avoid any problems upon check in.  

Why do I have to give my credit card information to TUN Travel by telephone?

Occasionally we will call to confirm your details by telephone. This verification is part of our credit card security procedure. If the additional information is not provided, TUN Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund any charges to the original credit card.  

I don’t want to send my documents. Can I show them at the hotel directly instead?

Yes. You can show your documents at the hotel directly upon TUN Travel's agreement.

No. The rates listed on hotels-in-vietnam.com's website are only available through our service. We cannot guarantee either the rate or the availability of any booking you make directly with the hotel.

Or you can change the payment method if you do not want to send your credit card informations.

How do I know that my documents have been received by hotels-in-vietnam.com?

After you send the requested documents, we will send you an email confirming receipt within 24 hours.
