if you selected one person ( single room) and it's for two people (
double or twin room) if you selected two people.

Methods of Payment:

Once we have received your credit card details, we simply check from
our bank, in order to guarantee / secure your booking. Until the hotel
accepts your booking, no immediate charge is made. We will charge your
credit card in US dollars for the hotel room after having supplied you
with a confirmed reservation.
- We will contact you back to advise
you the final status of your reservation by email. Once the reservation
is confirmed, the guest must print the voucher included in the
confirmation email. This authorized voucher must be held when checking
in at the hotel.
- Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.

Cancellation:
- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds:
- All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
- One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
- Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
- Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel
