Sunshine Beach Resort Phan Thiet was founded in 2004 by a local Vietnamese family, who initially bought the location for family weekend getaways and summer vacations. It soon became clear that the location was ideal for windsurfers, kitesurfers, backpackers and holiday-goers. Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 9 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 9 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 50% of total nights will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 1 child(ren) under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot.

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
