Cham Villas Resort was created by a German-Vietnamese couple and opened in September 2004. Set in 01 hectare of lush tropical gardens, Cham Villas is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle, to chill out and be pampered. Cham Villas has one centrally located open restaurant, which serves breakfast and is open throughout the day and for dinner. The menu includes Vietnamese and international dishes as well as fine dining specialties created by our own chefs. The German restaurant “Ratinger Löwe”, which is located by the main road just next to Cham Villas, serves traditional German fare, international and Vietnamese food. The red brick walls and solid wood furniture create an original rustic German atmosphere inside the restaurant, while the patio invites for cozy dining under the tropical stars. For special occasions or in case of special dietary requirements, please ask us and we will be happy to help.

Check-in date:	From 14:00 until later. Sooner subject to room availability.
Check-out date:	Until 12:00 or sooner Late check-out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.
Cancellation:	Free Cancellation If cancelled or modified up to 48 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30-47 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 29 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 1 child(ren) under 11 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 2 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Child (age of 6 - 11) will be charged US$ 12/child for an extra breakfast. ?>

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
