Located on a charming ancient street in Hanoi’s historic Old Quarter, the newly opened HANOI L'HERITAGE Hotel offers a panoramic view of ancient streets with luxurious and stylish design in 55 rooms widely ranging from Superior, Deluxe to Suite and definitely focuses on the comfort and convenience of both business and leisure travelers during their stays in Hanoi. If cancelled or modified up to 8-5 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 4 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Child & Baby-cot:	Free 1 child(ren) under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Child (age of 6 - 11) will be charged US$ 6/child for an extra breakfast. ?>

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
