If cancelled or modified up to 4-15 days before date of arrival, 50% of total nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified after 3 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
